Welcome to Mallikarjuna Sadan. By booking a room or staying at our property in Srisailam, all guests agree to comply with the following operational terms and pilgrimage conduct guidelines:
1 Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requests remain strictly subject to room availability and may attract nominal hourly charges.
2 Mandatory Guest Identification
All adult guests must present an original government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter Card, or Driving License) upon arrival. PAN Cards are not recognized as address proof under municipal hotel norms.
3 Booking Confirmation & Advance Payments
Room reservations initiated via the website or WhatsApp are held temporarily and are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified token advance or payment confirmation acknowledged by our reception desk.
4 Sacred Kshetra Decorum & Prohibitions
Srisailam is a holiest Jyotirlinga pilgrimage town. Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, gambling, or illegal substances is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and throughout the premises.
5 Occupancy Limits & Extra Mattresses
Room categories are booked based on predefined maximum guest limits (Standard rooms for 2 adults, Family rooms for up to 4-6 guests). Additional persons beyond allocated room capacity will require an extra bed at supplementary charges.
6 Cancellation & Date Rescheduling
Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours prior to check-in time are eligible for partial refund or date modification. Cancellations within 48 hours or during major festival rushes (e.g., Maha Shivaratri) are non-refundable.
7 Care of Property & Valuables
Guests are responsible for their own jewelry, cash, and personal belongings. Management assumes no liability for items left unattended. Any willful destruction or physical damage caused to lodge assets will be billed to the guest.
